ADDIE Design Model - Supporting Materials and QA

The ADDIE Design model includes collaborating with SMEs and other stakeholders to identify the organization's needs, desired outcomes, and required resources. It is up to the Instructional Designer to define the learning objectives and determine the learning strategies, order of content, and how "success" will be measured. Below are the supporting documents created in the Analysis and Design phases of the ADDIE model. I have also included the template I used to complete Quality Assurance checks for different projects.
