ADDIE Instructional Design Model
Analyze
Collaborate with SMEs and other stakeholders to identify the organization's needs, desired outcomes, and required resources.
Design
Define the learning objectives and determine learning strategies, order of content, and how "success" will be measured.
Develop
Create learning resources and revise drafts to ensure everything works properly through Quality Assurance.
Implement
Distribute the learning solution resources through trainers and end users.
Evaluate
Assess how effectively the learning resources accomplished the instructional goals through formative and summartive evaluation.
